CQC marched in the Vancouver Trans March down Commercial Drive, and had the most incredible time.
On Friday, August 4th, Connecting Queer Communities joined the 2023 Vancouver Trans March. We met up at Clark Park, and listened to speakers talk about the importance of trans visibility and advocacy in the current climate. We made our very own signs, and marched down Commercial Drive, supported by applause, cheers, and honks from the surrounding community. We ended the march at Victoria Park, where we visited booths, watched performers, and had some snacks. It was a wonderful day!
