CQC at the Vancouver Trans March – Fri, Aug 2

Connecting Queer Communities heads to Vancouver Trans March!

Connecting Queer Communities (CQC) will be continuing to celebrate the 2024 Pride Season by joining the Vancouver Trans March on Friday, August 2nd!

We’ll start by meeting at 4:30pm as a group at the Safeway Parking Lot at Broadway & Commercial.

Once we’ve all gathered together, we’ll walk five blocks together to Clark Park, where the Trans March rally is beginning.

We’re then going to join the Trans March and walk down Commercial Drive together, ending the march at Victoria Park, where CQC will have a booth!

There will be one or two other booths and vendors, sunshine, and entertainment. Wear your CQC t-shirt if you have one, and register your spot to join us! Also be sure to wear sunscreen! Last year there was no food at the event, so be sure to either eat beforehand or bring some money to eat somewhere along Commercial Drive after the March.

What to bring: Skytrain fare, money for food or drinks if you want some, sunscreen, and your CQC t-shirt if you have one!
