This organization’s goal is to “enhance intimacy and overall health in the lives of men, women, and couples with disabilities.” They introduce people to intimacy coaches, who then provide services. Check out their website here.

Please note that this organization does not explicitly state anywhere on their website that their intimacy coaches provide sexual services. However, a number of documentaries on the organization, and some of their own blog posts suggest that their intimacy coaches do indeed provide such services.

Sensual Solutions has operated publicly for many years and has not faced any criminal prosecution. That said, it is currently illegal to purchase or advertise sexual services in Canada. Some things to note:

• • Professional care workers who inform the families or friends of the people they support that services like Sensual Solutions exist are not breaking any laws.
• • Professional care workers who arrange sexual services for people they support may face legal jeopardy and / or professional censure.
• • If a person receiving support is interested in Sensual Solutions (or other sexual service providers) but needs assistance to contact them, then family members or friends may be better situated to make such arrangements.
