Connecting Queer Communities heads to Burnaby Pride! Connecting Queer Communities (CQC) will be continuing to celebrate the 2024 Pride Season by heading over to Burnaby Pride on Saturday, July 20th.
We’ll start by meeting at 3:00pm as a group with John in front of the Metrotown Expo Skytrain station.
Once we’ve all gathered together, we’ll cross the street and head over to Bonsor Park, where Burnaby Pride is being held.
There will be booths, vendors, food trucks, sunshine, and amazing entertainment. Wear your CQC t-shirt if you have one, and register your spot to join us! Also be sure to wear sunscreen! For this CQC event, we’re asking folks to bring fare for the skytrain ride, as well as some money if they want to buy food or drinks at the event. If you need help getting to our meet up spot at Metrotown Expo Skytrain Station, or you need ASL interpretation, email john.woods@gobaci.com.
